Referrals

Enjoy 10% off your next cleaning when you refer someone to our services. All they have to do is put your first and last name on the information form when they book their appointment. When your next cleaning is booked we will automatically apply the 10% discount.

Rates

Our hourly rate is always $90 plus tax for a team of two professionals, whether we are doing light cleaning or a deep cleaning. Please note we do not charge extra to supply our products or to supply a vacuum.

Payment

When you schedule an appointment we will issue an invoice. We ask that you submit payment before our team arrives for your cleaning. If you wish to pay cash please let us know and leave it clearly marked for our team to pick up.

If we still haven’t received your payment 24 hours after your cleaning we will require prepayment on all future appointments before a team is sent to you.

Note: We understand accidents and special circumstances arise. If you are late on a payment please contact us to make arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate.

Arrival

In the rare event of severe weather or bad traffic please understand our team may be delayed by up to 30 minutes. In such a circumstance you will receive a text message alerting you of the delay. We greatly appreciate your patience should this situation arise.

Cancellations

If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours prior to your cleaning you will be billed the full amount without the ability to reschedule.

If the cancelation is made within 24 - 48 hours of the appointment, you will be billed 30% of the amount quoted and you will have the ability to reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled more than 48 hours in advance will not be billed.

Company Cancellations

In the event that we must cancel an appointment due to a team members illness, bad weather or another unforeseen circumstance we will provide a discount of $25 on your next cleaning.
